Leading with authenticity, respect and compassion
I am a firm believer that creativity and enterprise go hand in hand. As a leader in the creative sector I have used my commercial experience over the past 20+ years to empower creative leaders and established nonprofit professionals to unlock growth, fulfil their potential, and realise their business dreams. I have a diverse background spanning placemaking, housing, corporate training, creative industries, arts funding and major capital projects, which I use to deliver sustainable success for clients, organisations and international audiences.
With 18 years of professional board and NED experience, I have been dedicated to championing the work of companies and charities, bringing my unique blend of strategic, commerce, and operational expertise to the table.
My career began with a focus on teaching underserved communities and working with refugees and asylum seekers, using the arts as a powerful tool to support integration, combat loneliness, and foster mobility. Early on, I recognised a significant gap in support for young artists and individuals seeking creative spaces. In 2007, I was appointed CEO of Rosetta Arts, where I took on the role of advocating for access to the visual arts as a means of promoting well-being and creating pathways for individuals to earn from their creative talents.
Over the course of 16 years, I provided strategic leadership and direction, transforming Rosetta Arts into a vibrant, inclusive learning hub. Under my leadership, the organisation grew by over 1,200%, achieved National Portfolio status with Arts Council England, and became one of only eight organisations in London to receive an uplift, doubling its central government investment. We delivered impactful creative projects across the city, empowering communities through the arts and significantly expanding opportunities for people of all ages.

My experience to date has inspired me to pass on my learnings to other leaders and therefore I trained as an executive coach at Berkeley HAAS in order to mentor established professionals through their journey to success. I am passionate about inspiring and equipping leaders with the skills they need to deliver great leadership across a variety of sectors.
